Experian's Unclaimed Assets Register (UAR) for Consumers

With billions of pounds of financial assets lying unclaimed, and UK consumers facing increased financial hardship it’s essential that everyone takes time to reclaim their lost or forgotten assets.

You can quickly source these lost assets using Experian’s Unclaimed Asset Register (UAR).

The UAR helps you locate your lost assets and puts you in touch with the financial provider to reclaim your money.

How to reclaim your lost assets?

To discover if you have any lost assets simply set-up an online account with the Unclaimed Assets Register. For a small fee, you can create an online account and search the register for your lost money. UAR Register comprises of the assets provided by the companies and financial institutions associated with Experian. The details of the companies can be found here.

This Service will be decommissioned from Wednesday 31st August 2022, you may continue to utilise the Unclaimed Asset Register until this date. Please note, for consumers wishing to search for lost assets there are alternative products available in the market.

Search update alert

Whenever the Unclaimed Assets Register is updated with new information from a financial institution, Experian will rerun your search request to find your lost assets. Our alerts service is currently provided free of charge.
