Experian's Unclaimed Assets Register (UAR) for Solicitors

A solicitor or an executor acting on behalf of an individual can use the UAR to locate lost or missing assets.

Where an accurate record of the financial assets of the deceased no longer exists the UAR can be used to gather all the assets and reunite them with a deceased’s family or relatives.

How to reclaim your lost assets?

To trace an individual’s lost assets simply set-up an online account with the UAR and search the database. For a small fee, you can search the register and identify if your client has any unclaimed assets

This Service will be decommissioned from Wednesday 31st August 2022, you may continue to utilise the Unclaimed Asset Register until this date. Please note, for consumers wishing to search for lost assets there are alternative products available in the market.
